Returns/Exchange and Cancellation Policy
When you buy Ryokō bag, you are one of our family and we want you to love what you get. That's why we have created "LOVE IT Guarantee". If for any reason, you are not 200% happy with Ryokō leather goods, simply send it within 15 days of purchase we will refund you a purchase price or exchange those products. No questions asked. No hassles.
- Item must be returned within 15 days of purchase with the original or electronic receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Items must be in new condition, unworn/unused and sent back by registered mail. Please ensure returned items are packaged securely, as we cannot accept damaged/lost returns
- You must provide your name and current address to email@example.com
- Refund amount (the purchase price excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping cost and currency conversion costs.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit/debit statement according to your credit card company.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
