Ryokō provides you easy and hassle free payment method with various different options. Prices on our website are currently charged in USD ($). We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal (no Paypal account required).

We also accept payments online through Payfort using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD.

- C U S T O M  O R D E R S -

We are excited to share that we are now open to collaborative projects such as corporate branding as well as customization. This way we can ensure that our hand-stitched leather goods are exclusively branded for you or for your organization.

- S H I P P I N G -

International buyers

Import duties, taxes, VAT and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Incorrect / invalid shipping address

We carefully ship the package according to your billing address. Please ensure you provide us the current, complete and accurate information. If a wrong shipping address is provided, you order will not be refundable if lost. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivered but LOST

All Ryokō bags shipping are registered and recipient’s signature is required when delivered. If our shipping partner reports that your ordered was delivered, yet you haven't received the item, it is your responsibility to contact the postal service closest to your house and find out where your order is. The postal service will have a signature on file.
