We work to ensure that your Ryokō products will reach you at the earliest possible. Therefore your orders are express shipped with tracking service to reach you or your loved ones safely. 

  • In-Stock items will ship within 1-2 business days after processing the order.
  • UAE Delivery: 2-3 business days
    International Delivery: 5-8 business days
  • Shipping cost depends on the destination as well as the size of the order. 

Shipping cost will reflect in the checkout after delivery details before payment gateway. You'll receive a confirmation mail with a tracking code once the order is processed.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

When you buy Ryokō products, you are one of our family and we want to ensure that you love what you get. Thats why we accept returns or exchanges for your orders. If you're not 200% happy with your order, simply send it back within 15 days of your purchase for exchange or product price refund. No Questions Asked. 

RETURN CONDITION 

  • Item must be returned within 15 days of purchase with the original or electronic receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn/unused and sent back by registered mail. Please ensure returned items are packaged securely, as we cannot accept damaged/lost returns.
  • You must provide your name and current address to hello@ryokobags.com
  • Refund amount (the purchase price excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping cost and currency conversion costs.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit/debit statement according to your credit card company.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Your personal information will be protected according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.

CANCELATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
