DELIVERY POLICY 

Every purchase will come not only your choice of Ryokō leather goods but also our handwritten SMILE card and leather care instruction to help you protect your new friend. Good news is we ship our products every day! 

  • We deliver in the UAE as well as Internationally.
  • Ryokō leather goods will be shipped within 1-2  business days after your order is processed. Within the UAE we use Fetchr as our delivery partner and Internationally we use ARAMEX Express Shipping.
  • Delivery fees are dependent on the location (International or UAE based) as well as size of delivery and will reflect once delivery address is selected during checkout.
  • Delivery time to local addresses is 2-3 business days and International addresses is 5-7 business days.

You can order with confidence that we'll do our best to get your Ryokō leather goods to your doorstep as quick and smooth as we can. 

SHIPPING RATE
We work hard to ensure that Ryokō leather goods will reach you at the earliest possible. Therefore every order is delivered with express and trackable service to you or your loved ones. We ship directly from our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates via Aramex. You are able to find out the cost of shipping by proceeding to checkout page and entering your delivery information. The shipping cost will be immediately populated for you prior to payment.
EXPRESS ORDER

For special occasion or birthday gift, if you would like Ryokō leather goods to be delivered within specific date please feel free to contact hello@ryokobags.com or +971 58 577 3685. We will work with you to ensure that  your order will be delivered to your beloved ones in time.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, and please note that tracking numbers on the website will take up to 24 hours to update. 
 
CANCELLED ORDER

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order due to shortage of leathers or suspicion of fraud, we will notify you immediately by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.  

CHANGE ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please contact us immediately at hello@ryokobags.com so we can update your order right away. Please be aware that we may or may not be able to make the change, depending on the condition of the returned leather good. 
ADDITIONAL NOTES
  • www.ryokobags.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
